UKZN Graduate Inducted into Golden Key Honour Society
The exceptional academic achievements of newly-minted doctoral graduate Dr Simangele Mkhize have been recognised and she has been formally inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society on UKZN’s Pietermaritzburg campus.
This prestigious society, recognises exceptional academic achievement among graduates and undergraduate students with its mission being to empower members by connecting individual accomplishments with a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and learning.
Beyond her impressive academic work, Mkhize is deeply dedicated to community service. She embraces the power of giving back and is heavily involved in supporting students within UKZN. ‘I understand the impact of encouragement and guidance,’ she said, emphasising the importance of her role in motivating fellow students to persevere in their own academic journeys.
