Finding synergy between the University of KwaZulu-Natal Foundation and Extended Learning (UEL) was the goal of the recent Muffin Morning hosted by the Foundation at its Howard College headquarters.
Chief Executive Officer of Extended Learning (UEL), Mr Simon Tankard, highlighted the role of continuing education in addressing growing skills challenges in a dynamically changing world.
Servicing the need of an increasing number of corporate clients has made UEL the fastest growing continuing education entity in Africa.
The Foundation promotes value-adding projects UKZN undertakes both locally and internationally for local and corporate and donor communities with the aim of securing philanthropic investments.
Through its proactive and ongoing relationship building with all donor sectors, the Foundation is ideally placed to present the unique value propositions of the University and in so doing, secure sustainable Corporate Social Investment.
