
Open Day Draws Thousands of Prospective Students
The University of KwaZulu-Natal hosted its annual Open Day, welcoming eager learners and their families to both the Westville and Pietermaritzburg campuses.
Professor Maheshvari Naidu, academic in the School of Social Sciences and former Academic Leader of Research and Higher Degrees in the School, and Dr Thandeka Ndaba presented their recent research at the 14th Constructed Environment Conference at the University of Vienna.

The Autism Awareness Campaign, #Commemorating Autism, organised by School of Education, UKZN’s Community Engagement Academic Leader, Associate Professor Angela James, focused on the knowledge, practices and intervention parents, teachers, and Early childhood development (ECD) practitioners are experiencing in engaging with young children with autism.
